01Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vero Soft platform and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
02What Vero Soft provides
Vero Soft is an operating layer for payment operations — it connects payments, refunds, invoicing, onboarding, reporting, and support into one system for processor teams, partners, and merchants.
Vero Soft is not a payment processor. Card processing, interchange, and settlement are performed by your connected payment providers under their own agreements.
03Accounts and access
Access to the platform is role-based. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them
- Assign roles and permissions appropriate to each user
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
04Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to view, or use the platform to violate applicable law or the rules of connected payment providers.
05Fees
Vero Soft is priced per connected merchant workspace, with custom pricing available for processors and partners. Fees for the operating layer are separate from any card-processing fees billed by your connected providers.
06Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available and post status updates to our System status page. Support is provided according to your plan, with priority routing for partners and enterprise customers.
07Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vero Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for activity conducted through connected payment providers.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account administrators.
